The Alphastate Tri-Grip Rubber Weight Plate is a flat, heavy polyurethane rubber weight. The tri-grip plate fits any standard bar and collars and incorporates three holes for ease of carrying. These plates are sold in pairs and are standard for any free-weight strength and conditioning work in the gym.
